1. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in any of our courses or services, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations can be made by contacting our customer support team via email or phone.

2. Refund Eligibility: We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our students to the best of our ability. However, please note that refunds are subject to certain conditions.

3. Refund Conditions:
  - Full Refund: Refunds may be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of enrollment/payment, minus any applicable processing fees.
  - Partial Refund: After the initial 7 days, refunds may be granted on a prorated basis, taking into account the duration of access or services utilized.
  - No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 7 days of enrollment/payment.

4. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your enrollment details and reason for cancellation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Exceptions: In certain cases, such as extenuating circumstances or technical issues on our end, we may consider exceptions to our refund policy. Any such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of AP Guru.

6. Non-Transferable: Refunds are non-transferable and can only be issued to the original payment method used for enrollment.
