A-Level Further Mathematics is an advanced level course that extends the mathematical knowledge and skills acquired in A-Level Mathematics. It is designed for students who have a strong interest and aptitude for mathematics and wish to pursue further studies in mathematics, engineering, or other mathematically intensive disciplines. It is divided in:

Pure Mathematics: The pure mathematics component builds upon the topics covered in A-Level Mathematics but explores them in greater depth and introduces more advanced concepts. Topics may include complex numbers, matrices, differential equations, numerical methods, further calculus, and proof techniques. Students develop a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts and their applications.
Mechanics: The mechanics component delves into advanced concepts and techniques in the study of forces and motion. It covers topics such as kinematics, Newton's laws of motion, energy and work, moments, and fluid mechanics. Students develop advanced problem-solving skills and learn to apply mathematical principles to analyze complex mechanical systems.
Statistics: The statistics component extends the study of statistical techniques and data analysis. It covers topics such as probability distributions, hypothesis testing, estimation, regression analysis, and statistical modeling. Students learn advanced statistical methods and techniques for analyzing and interpreting complex datasets.
Discrete Mathematics: The discrete mathematics component introduces students to the study of mathematical structures and relationships that are not continuous.
